Account information
Med Time uses Firebase Authentication to let you create an account and log in. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, this may include:
- Email address and password (encrypted and managed by Firebase — we never see or store your raw password)
- Basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) if you sign in with a Google account
Medication and reminder data
To provide the App's core function, you may enter:
- Medication names and dosage details
- Reminder schedules and alarm times
This information is stored locally on your device in the App's local database. It is used solely to display your medication list and trigger reminder alarms (using your device's vibration function).
Usage and diagnostic data
The App uses Firebase Analytics, a Google service, to collect anonymized, aggregated usage data (such as screens viewed and general app engagement) to help us understand how the App is used and to improve it. This data is not used to identify you personally.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your medication list and reminder schedule are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. Account credentials are managed and secured by Firebase Authentication. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you uninstall the App or clear its data, locally stored medication information will be permanently deleted from your device.
5. Your Choices & Rights
- You may edit or delete your medication entries at any time within the App.
- You may delete your account by contacting us using the information below.
- You may uninstall the App at any time to stop all local data collection.
6. Children's Privacy
Med Time is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Med Time is a reminder tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your medications and health conditions. We are not responsible for missed doses due to technical issues, device settings, or any other cause.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
